END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading, or using this offline coding application (“Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
- Scope: The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license.
- Purpose: This license allows you to download, install, and use the Software on your personal devices.
- Offline Use: This Software functions locally and does not require an active internet connection to operate.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Modify: Create derivative works, modify, adapt, or translate any part of the Software.
- Distribute: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software to any third party.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
- Software Ownership: The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all code, UI design, and assets.
- User-Generated Code: You retain 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright over any code, software, scripts, or text files you write, compile, or execute using the Software.
4. AI-Generated Output & User Responsibility
- Inherent Flaws: The Software may include offline Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation or auto-complete capabilities that produce code snippets, logic, or scripts.
- Errors and Hallucinations: You acknowledge that AI-generated code is inherently prone to mistakes, hallucinations, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or suboptimal programming logic.
- Duty to Verify: The AI features are provided strictly as an assistive tool. It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly test, review, compile, verify, and validate all AI-generated code before executing it or deploying it to any environment.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- “As-Is” Basis: The Software is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
- No Guarantee: The Licensor does not guarantee that the compilation tools, AI suggestions, error checking, or application runtime will be bug-free or completely uninterrupted.
- Data Loss: You are solely responsible for backing up your local files, code projects, and data.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Capped Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor’s total liability for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the Software.
- No Consequential Damages: In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, software vulnerabilities, system downtime, or security breaches resulting from the use or deployment of AI-suggested code, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
- Automatic Termination: This Agreement terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
- Required Action: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your home jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
